Kings Cross Plumbing was started by Ryan, a plumber with more than three decades on the tools. Over that time he's seen what customers actually want from a plumber: turn up when you say, tell them what's wrong in plain words, agree the price, and do the job properly.
That's the whole idea behind the business. Ryan sets how jobs are scoped, priced and carried out. He won't necessarily be the one at your door — but the standard you get comes from his experience.
Fixed prices are for clearly defined jobs. If something turns out to be bigger than expected, we stop, explain it and get your approval before doing any extra work. No surprises on the bill.
